The design by itself: a PNG with no background, or an AI/EPS file. A screenshot or mockup gets blurry at print size — if you don't have the original file, we can recreate your design from $35.
Pay in full, or put 50% down and the balance before delivery. Have a promo code? Enter it on the Instant Quote page and it comes off your total before the split.
Menu prices cover the standard version of each item. Premium styles and finishes, and apparel orders of 5 or more, are custom quotes — you still get real numbers before anything is made.
We push to fulfill every order as fast as it comes in. Timing depends on the item — put your deadline in the order notes and we'll confirm it personally. Rush options exist for most items, priced per job.
